Gatorade
I steep a herbal tea of my choice in coconut water overnight. Add a pinch of sea salt and coconut palm sugar. A complete electrolyte replacer. When I put it in my bottle, I also add chia seeds 🙂 yum
Lemon water and asthma inhaler in the pouch.
Water with a squirt if lemon or lime juice.
