Given the cool weather so far this year I might consider putting in some coffee but more likely water!
I would put maple water…great for hydration, as minerals…and a great taste!
I have just started running and read to put water with salt and sugar to keep me going and avoid cramps, or so they say. However, I would love a beer at the end of the run:)
Coconut Water, keeps you hydrated and has enough potassium to keep you going.
Since I would probably only carry it on a short run, ice cold water (with a hint of OJ).
